Terms and community rules
What farang.dk is
A free online community for Thais and their friends in Denmark: a forum, events and a directory of Thai places. It is run by Johan Andersen.
Your account
You must be at least 13. One account per person. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
Community rules
- Be kind and respectful. Criticise ideas, not people.
- No hate speech, harassment, threats or discrimination.
- Nothing illegal, and no offering or seeking sexual services.
- In a massage place's thread, write only about the massage itself; posts about sexual services are removed.
- No spam or advertising, except in Buy and sell and in your own events.
- Don't share other people's personal information without their consent.
- Write truthfully about places. No fake reviews.
Places in the directory
We list places that have a public Google Maps entry. A moderator checks every suggestion before it appears. Owners can ask for corrections or removal through the contact page.
Events
A moderator approves events before they appear.
Your content
What you write is yours. You allow farang.dk to show it on the site and in our emails. You can edit a post for 24 hours after posting it.
Moderation
Moderators may hide content and suspend members who break the rules. When we remove something of yours you get an email with the reason, and you can object by replying to it or writing to [email protected]. To report content that breaks the rules or the law, use the "Report" button on it.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. We are not responsible for what members write, or for the places and events mentioned.
Changes and law
We may update these terms, and will announce significant changes on the site. Danish law applies.
